Change Management
Omega Alpha Limited is an ethical consultancy based in Greater London working across the UK and Europe. It provides project management, business analysis and organisational development, change management and ICT reviews and implementation services to not-for-profit organisations including charities, schools and the public sector. It reinvests some of its profits into providing similar services, pro bono, to the wider community.

Change is interesting. And often hard work.
There are many theories and ideas about change out there. Some are simple, others are complex. There are textbooks and 'parables'. After all that, it's not the theory, it's about making change stick and things being different.
We've been studying change for a long time. We've tried different techniques and have settled on a handful which seem to work well for us and our clients. They are generally simple to understand, can be followed through logically and don't require our ongoing support. If change is to be sustainable you can't rely long term on a consultant can you?
Change depends on a number of things:
A vision and direction
We can provide advice and support on change management and change leadership for you and your organisation. Sometimes it may be hard to hear. Some people may not like it. But it you want change you aren't always going to win friends and influence people.
We provide change management support to organisations but most importantly to individuals and small groups including management teams, within those organisations.
We've worked with some diverse cultures (including schools partnerships and executive managers in local authorities) and there is almost always a way.
Remember, organisations don't change. People do.
Whether you want to get the best out of new ways of working, need to change practices to get the best out of your technology or just need someone to ask the right questions and help you design a plan of change, we're happy to help.
