MORTLAKE with EAST SHEEN SOCIETY

Mortlake with East Sheen is located in southwest London some six miles from Hyde Park Corner.  It is an interesting and desirable area in which to live.  The Mortlake with East Sheen Society exists to guard and enhance the best features of the area for those who live there..

Our major concerns are the urban and natural environments and the protection, improvement and development of local amenities.

We attempt to achieve these aims in various ways.  We monitor all planning applications and make representations as needed, work with our local councillors and provide a forum for residents to make their interests and concerns known.

Social gatherings, lectures, walks and visits to places of interest provide opportunities for members to meet each other.

A newsletter is issued usually twice a year that contains information about local issues, events, planning matters and future activities.
